How do you ensure your solutions are tailored for the specific context and needs of my team/organisation?
Esprit Consulting is a relationship business. Before designing solutions, we want to get to know you and your business. All new projects begin with a detailed briefing session in which we can explore your context and development needs. In addition, we often engage in ‘discovery meetings’ with key stakeholders across the business to better understand departmental nuances and identify approaches that are most likely to get traction. Once underway with a development program, we continue to refine our approach based on what we are learning along the way. Our intention is to design solutions that lead to meaningful, positive change.
What does a typical leadership development program look like?
Rather than offer off-the-shelf solutions, our programs are all custom designed to meet the specific needs of each client. Consequently, every program is different. However, there are some principles that we apply across all assignments that mean that our leadership development programs typically include multiple touch points (to make learning more sticky), are highly interactive (to build capability and confidence), are based on behavioural science (to ensure solutions actually work), are built around a peer network (to support social learning) and are fun (because who wants to spend time in a boring workshop?).
Do you offer ongoing support after the completion of a program?
Yes, we provide post-workshop support, including follow-up coaching, development check-ins, workshop references and resources. Our aim is to support practical sustained growth and development.
Do you run public leadership development programs?
No, all Esprit programs are custom-designed to meet the specific needs and objectives of our clients. We do run webinars that are open to all from time-to-time – join our mailing list to stay informed.
How long are Esprit’s workshops/programs?
Our offerings range from one-hour webinars to in-depth programs spanning multiple months. We’ll work with you to structure development programs that work for the target audience and will achieve meaningful positive change.
Can coaching and workshops be delivered virtually?
Yes! We have vast experience in delivering coaching and development workshops virtually. Many of our clients opt for hybrid solutions in which aspects of a program are delivered in-person whilst others are delivered online. We will work with you to agree on the format that will work best given your audience and objectives.
What level of leadership do you work with?
We work with all levels of leadership. We’ve developed programs for Executive Assistants and Emerging Leaders through to seasoned People Leaders and CEOs. Our philosophy is that leadership is not about title but about mindset, behaviour and impact.

Do you design programs for specific talent pools?
Because all Esprit programs are custom designed to meet the needs of specific audiences, we are well placed to design programs for specific talent pools. We have experience facilitating programs for, among others, graduates, emerging leaders, high potentials and female talent.
What does a typical coaching package look like?
Coaching is a powerful approach to supporting individual development. A typical coaching program comprises six sessions that last 60-90 minutes each in which you meet 1:1 with your coach to define your goals and work towards achieving them. The interval between sessions is determined by you and your goals but typically coaching clients meet with their coach every 4-6 weeks.
Our organisation is nationwide/global, do your facilitators travel?
Absolutely! Our facilitators are seasoned travellers and happy to travel interstate or overseas to facilitate development initiatives.
Are you accredited to use psychometric tools?
Our coaches and facilitators are accredited in a broad array of tools to support self-awareness and growth. We weave these tools into coaching and development programs as valuable.
How do you stay current with the latest trends in leadership development?
We stay abreast of industry trends through continuous research, attending conferences, collaborating with experts, and regularly updating our programs to incorporate the latest leadership theories and practices.
