Kate is an Organisational Psychologist with over two decades of experience applying behavioural science insights to help individuals and organisations achieve success.

She founded the business in 2015, drawing upon a successful career in leadership development at CBA, Allens, Linklaters and a boutique UK-based consultancy.

She brings a wealth of experience and positive energy to client partnerships and has built a reputation for facilitating sustained positive change.

Dom draws upon an extensive corporate leadership and consulting background.  

Specialising in instructional design, facilitation and performance coaching, he designs and delivers innovative and transformative leadership development programs across various local and international industry-leading organisations. 

Dom has a master’s degree in management and a diploma in positive psychology, is based in Sydney and loves playing outdoors.

Bronwyn has 25 years’ experience cultivating ongoing development for leaders and their teams so they reach their goals and potential.

Her background as an HR Director across various industries gives her a depth of experience in working with organisational, leadership and team challenges.

Annie is a NIDA graduate who continues to work extensively as a professional actor and voice over artist.

Since 2009 she has fostered a tandem career, coaching and facilitating professionals in the principles of clear and authentic leadership.

Annie is passionate about fostering psychological safety, and strives to be attentive to the unique goals and challenges of her clients.

Professionally raised in the world of finance, Danielle is a speaker, author, facilitator and coach.

Danielle works with leaders around the world to help them navigate the shifting nature of their complex roles and contexts.

On a personal note, Danielle is also Lead Parent and family CEO to three teenage boys who help her continually refine her skills!
